I shared my no-mess piping bags trick in November last year. This time I will continue to share my mess-free way of preparing a dual tone piping bag.
去年十一月時EC曾經分享過“零清洗入唧袋法”,今次是延續篇,繼續為大家介紹如何不用清洗唧袋地做雙色唧花袋。
No-Mess Two Tone Piping Bags
零清洗雙色唧袋法
Directions 做法
Prepare different colors of icing. Wrap each into a cone shape with a big piece of plastic wrap. Twist both ends and tie the wider end with a knot.
首先準備不同顏色的霜飾,逐一用保鮮紙包成圖稚型, 將上下扭成一條,在濶的那邊打上死結。
Stack up the two tubes. Shape them according to the size of the piping bag. Flatten them slightly.
將兩個霜飾袋子疊起,依唧袋的大小整理形狀並輕輕按扁。
Place a coupler in the piping bag then insert the stacked tubes into it, bringing the untied ends through the coupler.
唧袋先放入轉換器,再將疊起的袋子放入(沒打結那邊先入),將長條穿過轉換器拉出。
Snip off the ends with a pair of scissors. Screw on the decorating tip and the coupler ring. Start piping as you normally would.
用剪刀剪去長條突出的部份,套上花咀並扭上轉換器環子便可以開始唧花了!
