Hi, I’m Elaine Chan (aka EC) from Toronto.  I am a self-taught hobby baker, a wife, and a stay-home mom to two wonderful kids.  My love for baking started since I was a teenager.  I am always trying to find a way to make things less sweet so that my friends and family can enjoy healthy treats.  This blog serves as my kitchen diary in which I document my baking journey and share the recipes that I’ve developed.  Just click around and bake along!
